MOVEMBER

On average, 60 men commit suicide every hour globally.

In recent times there has been someone I know commit suicide and sad stories of other peoples friends and acquaintances doing the same.

Whilst at my lowest point in life a few years ago suicide was something that entered my thoughts - thankfully it was only a thought. I’m grateful to be in a much better place and happy again but find it sad many are no longer with us to feel the same.

A few years ago I managed to organised a team of clients and friends and we successfully raised over £10,000. This year I am going solo and have set a target of £600 and aim to get donations by completing the following challenge:

60 squats & 60 push ups daily
60km watt bike weekly
60km ski & row in one month

If you are able to donate as little as £1 I would appreciate your support in helping the Movember charity. Please click the link in my bio or drop me a message if you’d like to donate. Thank you ❤️

Remember you have until Thursday 9th December at 10pm to get those final donations in and bump your way up that Sports Challenge leaderboard. Thank you for being a part of an amazing Movember campaign.... please watch!

It's mid-month and the Mos are coming through strong. Farnham RUFC lead the way in the Sports Challenge fundraising leaderboard as I write, but where do you feature?

Don't forget to thank your donors and give potential donors an extra incentive to donate; an example of a Movember funded project, a special thanks from you, or simply because of the terrible itch your moustache is giving you. Thanks sporting Mos, we are over £200,000 raised and going strong!
