Our Motivation

These days everyone is so busy it is hard to stay in touch and together. We all need to do our best to look our for one another, check in and make sure your mates are OK. Globally we lose one man to suicide every minute of every day.

Exercise is a great way to unwind, destress and relax. Doing it socially and with others can help too. It can be an easy way to catch up with people.

Research from Movember showed that over a third of Mo Bros exercised at least 20 times in the last month (compared with 22.2% of the general male population who say they have been physically active for 30 minutes or more, more than 20 times).

Day 4 and my Movember moving has me ahead of target so far. I am feeling the exercise already (probably because I didn't train) but it is good to get moving in whatever way I can

Great ride with Malcy and Julie around Watopia Hilly route. We had some banter about ride food, agreeing on bacon and egg rolls. Our KOM times got slower which I think was because of chat and not because we were tired.

Today shows how a bike ride can be a nice way to meet people, talk about things you didn't think you would and get some exercise in at the same time. I'm looking forward to the next one but have a feeling there will be more hills.
