Our Motivation

--------THIS YEARS HIKE IS FULL-------

PLEASE DO NOT TRY AND JOIN THE TEAM!

Well its our 10 year anniversary...

10 years hiking MOuntains with MOvember and raising awareness of men's health in Ireland!
Over 100,000 euro raised for men's health!

Its time to go back to where it all began LUGNAQUILLA Co. Wicklow!
Leinster's highest peak!

On the 27th of November at 9am in depths of winter we will be lacing up the boots and taking on LUG in a 20km round trip! All to raise awareness of mens health in Ireland.

The rate of male suicide is alarmingly high: approximately 3 in 4 suicides are men in Ireland.
WE CAN’T SIT BACK AND ACCEPT THIS!

Team LUGMO will do all we can to help the movember movement to make sure men live longer, happier, healthier lives!

1894 / 5000 kilometres
We are MOving for mens health in preparation for the LugMOquilla Challenge :)
