We’re excited to launch our inaugural Yorkshire 3 Peaks Challenge, taking place on World Suicide Prevention Day – and we’d love you to join our team.
The challenge will have you trekking over the famous Yorkshire Three Peaks in a single day. During the trek you’ll take on the peaks of Pen-y-Ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough, completing a total ascent of 1,532m and covering 24 miles within 12 hours.
The Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge will test your endurance and stamina, but you'll be rewarded with stunning views of the Yorkshire Dales at the top of each peak.
World Suicide Prevention Day serves as a timely reminder to find the time to have conversations about the things that really matter. And throughout the day Movember supporters will be sharing their experiences with mental health challenges and what helped them through the tough times.
The rate of male suicide is alarmingly high: 3 out of 4 suicides in the UK are by men. By taking part you will be raising funds and awareness for mental health and suicide prevention. For more information on the impact of your donation, head to Our Impact.
As well as the knowledge you’re changing the face of men’s health, you’ll also receive:
