2022 challenge

In May 2020 I was diagnosed with advanced testicular cancer, which had spread to my lymph nodes including; one the size of a golf ball above my collarbone and a number of even larger masses in my abdomen. 2020/ 21 was hard, going through chemotherapy and surgery during covid lockdowns. Each day I became more positive about the future and I am back to full throttle - keen to make the most of every day!

I will be running a trail / off road marathon on 1st October 2022. I'm not well prepared so it's going to be a massive challenge.
In a small way I really want to support others going through what I went through, especially as I am so grateful to those that supported and treated me.

Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health, and this Movember I'm joining them. Together we can make a difference for men's health – in prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention. Help me stop men dying too young.
