My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence.

My terrible excuse for a Mo is my small way of trying to contribute to helping the thousands of men who are struggling on a daily basis with mental health. We are facing such difficult times and it's essential that we understand that it is OK not to be OK, and that sharing your feelings with friends and loved ones is vital to starting the road to recovery.

Movember is aiming to reduce the rate of male suicide by 25% by 2030, and I want to help them get there. Help me stop men dying too young.

Sports teams across the UK have raised almost £400,000 as I write. Leading the way for the teams are Farnham RUFC, Ironsideburns & Addix Fitness. Jamie Settle, Joe Stokes & Chris Hall head up the individual leader board. Well done all!
