This November I am raising money for the Movember charity. This year I will be supporting by sporting the Mo and completing a Mo-Marathon on Saturday, 28th November. The Mo-Marathon will consist of 60km run. That's 60km for the 60 men we lose each hour - 60 men that should still be with us today!

Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health. Together we can make a difference for men's health – in prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention. Help me stop men dying too young.

Day 5. Furthest run of the month so far. 20km in the legs and feeling surprisingly good. All prep for this weekends 35km
