My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Prostate cancer
Testicular cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

This November I am raising money for the Movember charity. This year I will be supporting by sporting the Mo and completing a Mo-Marathon on Saturday, 28th November. The Mo-Marathon will consist of 60km run. That's 60km for the 60 men we lose each hour - 60 men that should still be with us today!

Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health. Together we can make a difference for men's health – in prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention. Help me stop men dying too young.

Hi Daniel

I wanted to get in touch personally to say thank you for your amazing fundraising and epic MOVE challenge – you’re a Mo Legend! We truly appreciate your support, this year even more than ever.

Because of you, we are able to change men’s lives. Check out some of the latest projects we’ve funded with your support https://uk.movember.com/story/10-men-s-health-projects-your-donations-have-funded

Thank you – I hope you had a great Movember and have recovered from your mega run at the weekend.

The morning after the day before. Legs feeling surprisingly good considering how bad they felt post 30km yesterday. No running today to rest up for another push next week.
