My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

For Movember 2021 I will be jumping on my bike once again but this time, rather than me dictating the severity of the challenge, it's up to you!

The rules of the game are simple.

You donate, I ride.

For every £1 you pledge, I will ride 1km. So, a £10 pledge is 10 km, £20 is 20km and so on.

Every day I will sum up the pledges and head out on a ride that will be at least the same in km as the GBP donated. For context, in 2020 I raised £1,305 (which was amazing) and if I was to cycle 1305km in a month, that would be the equivalent of cycling 42km every single day. Some of you will think that's hardly anything but some of you will think it sounds like a lot. The number is not really the most important thing though. Cycling every day in the beginning of winter in the UK is a tough mental challenge. Most of the riding will be in the dark and cold which requires motivation and that's where you come in. If you donate, I will do the ride for you. I will dedicate my rides to the lovely people who care enough about the various charities Movember supports. Making the personal connection to each and every person who decides to donate will keep me going and make the challenge even more impactful, particularly for my own mental health.

That should be more than a warm up mate. For my brother and all those we have lost far too young and talented
