My motivation

In April I’m running the London Marathon and raising money for the Movember foundation!!!

2017 was a bad year for me... I lost my job, became stressed and was diagnosed with depression. I received help and support from my family and accepted professional help and got better.

I am one of the lucky ones, I got better. Please help me help those that aren’t as lucky.
