Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence. Help me stop men dying too young.
We all know someone who has needed help , like many I've seen friends go who I feel needed that hand of trust and care , men who leave inconsolable loss behind .
So let's raise some funds on my top lip in November.
