My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

I have been persuaded by colleagues to take part, despite my inability to grow a proper ‘tash.
The real reason though…this is a great cause and I hope that by participating I can play my small part in raising awareness of men’s mental health.
Many of us have experience of friends and/or family that have been through periods of poor mental health. Campaigns like Movember raise funds, and perhaps more importantly awareness, about men’s mental health which contributes to resources and support for those who need it.
Please contribute to this cause by donating or helping friends, family, colleagues or others who may need your support.
