My motivation

Fundraising for cause areas including:

Prostate cancer
Testicular cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence. Movember is aiming to reduce the rate of male suicide by 25% by 2030, and I want to help them get there. Help me stop men dying too young.

Additionally, I have seen first hand, the effects that mental health and depression can have on the human psyche, spirit and morale through close family friends and relatives.

My aim in this post is simple, to spread the word and help in any way, shape or form (in my case the way, shape and form is actualised by growing a beard!) to raise money for mental health and testicular cancer in particular.
