My motivation

Fundraising for cause areas including:

Mental health and suicide prevention

I'm sure I'm not the only man out there who has asked for help over the years. I know first hand that feeling of relief when you ask for help and are not laughed at, thought of a failure and ignored.

When I lost my dad a couple of years ago I tried to keep that stiff upper lip and get on with life but deep down I was hurting. I'm lucky that I have a wonderful wife and family who could see that I hurt and they encouraged me to talk, to let people know what I was going through.

Not everyone has this support network around them and that's why I'm really annoying my wife and growing a Mo!

I appreciate times are hard for many but if you are able to support #movember I'm sure there are many men out there who would appreciate it
