My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Prostate cancer

Norman Franklin (the patriarch), Andrew, Tom and Sam (the three sons), Jonathan and Michael (Andrew’s sons) and Jake (Sam’s son) are all growing moustaches for November. They’re horrid things, they itch, they catch food and they look silly. So why are doing Movember? To raise money for Prostate Cancer UK and to heighten awareness of the most common cancer in the UK and one of the biggest killers of men. One of us, Andrew, was diagnosed with prostate cancer in December last year and has been on a challenging journey with it since then. The support of the Prostate Cancer UK nurse specialists has been incredibly important as have all their information services to him. They pioneer research into new treatments which are prolonging the lives of many men. Movember also supports work on men’s mental health and suicide prevention. Please support us: Norman, Andrew, Tom, Sam, Jonathan, Michael and Jake. There is a lot of facial hair at stake here! And other, even more important things, if that is possible.
