My motivation

I'm raising funds and awareness this Movember for all the dads, brothers, sons and mates in our lives.

Mental health amongst men is something that is never spoken about enough and so many men find it difficult to talk about how they feel, this must change.

Having personally been affected by poor mental health in the past and having lost members of my family and friends to inner demons this is something I am proud to support and raise money for.

All money goes to the Movember charities to help change things for men for the better.

I will be uploading a weekly picture of my (laughable) tash progress!
