Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

That time of year again folks. This month I’ll be growing another horrendous moustache in the name of men’s mental health. I will also attempt to run 60km a month over this period. This is for the 60 men who take their own life every hour, a rate similar to which most people check their phones at...

Mental health is something I hold very closely to my heart, especially in the current situation which has makes coping with such hardship even worse. Mental illness is a disease with no simple cure and no two patients can be treated the same way.

We must look out for those who are “quieter than usual”. Sometimes it’s not even that easy, we’ve lost many a man who “seemed fine”. Please donate here, it personally means a lot to me as someone who has struggled previously.
