My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Prostate cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

Year 5 doing Movember - and, this year, I'll have a glorious Mo, a challenge to my fitness and (hopefully) a shed load of money to give to Movember's prostate cancer and mental health & suicide prevention causes.
Personally my father recently battled with prostate cancer, while I (and people around me) have battled with mental health issues. I'm hoping to raise money for those reasons.

Movember 2020 is officially done and dusted!

And the support we've seen from you across the month has been truly incredible. Through you dedication to the Mo, together you've raised an unprecedented £2million (almost doubling last year's result)! this places you first out of all the groups taking part in the UK. Not only that, but you have been vital in opening the dialogue around men's health and raising key awareness amongst your peers, family and friends.

Thank you so much for your support this Movember, together we can change the face of men's health.

Happy 30th Movember!

What an incredible month it's been. Universities across the UK have shown how incredibly dedicated they are to the Movember cause and have completely astounded the whole Mo team with their creative, fun and engaging fundraising. Huge congratulations on all your amazing fundraising so far.

But it's not over yet. The leaderboards don't close until 8th December at 10pm. Get those final donations in to secure your spot!

I ran 5.34 km00:32:03

Great to finish today’s run alongside my teammate Lewis! (Hence the slightly slower time as I helped him push through for his fastest yet). Thank you for supporting me throughout Movember to everyone. 75km!

Hello and welcome all Uni Mo's!

You are the awesome crew of students and uni staff standing up for men's health. Although we can't be physically together right now, we can come together and raise much-needed funds and awareness to help men across the world.

You are already absolutely smashing it! Let's keep up the amazing work and have a belter of a month.

Mo on!
Ronnie from Mo HQ

Hello Mo students,

HUGE congrats on reaching £1million! You guys are really showing everyone how it's done! #bossedit

As a thank you for being such awesome fundraisers, we've lined up an epic prize, courtesy of Contiki, for one lucky student. Win a once in a life time 8 day trip to Thailand in April 2020, including flights, accommodation and some meals. Check out the video below for a taster.

To be in with a chance of winning, all you need to do is raise a minimum of £250 by 10pm on December 9th 2019 and you'll be automatically entered in to the prize draw.

Good luck!

Hey Sam, couldn’t help but notice you might need a jump start.

My tip would be to donate £10 to yourself then ask 5 friends to do the same. If those friends are good people like you, you’ve got £60 on your page, just like that. Incredible. Almost as incredible as my pal Bear Grylls’s fact that a moustache is the most efficient way
to keep the human body warm. You could be absolutely naked in the Arctic and, if you had a moustache, you would survive. Fascinating stuff, I’m sure you’ll agree. You can see this and other 100% true facial hair facts at https://youtu.be/O9G5NF8XKfs

Best of luck,
Lauren from Mo HQ
