My motivation

2 years cancer free and 1st year as a father. This year becomes more poignant as my son now has a family history of cancer.

I intend to raise him to be open and honest about health and mental health and not shy away from talking about testicles or depression. That being able to talk to about problems is a sign of strength and not weakness.

This year i do this for my son.
