This Year the UPRFC PLYMOUTH are taking part in MULLSTACHE putting are own take on Movember this year.

This will include not just growing Moustaches but we’ll also be growing Mullets as well.

Throughout the weeks of Movember the UPRFC: PLYMOUTH will post pictures on are Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/uprfcinstagram/ and Facebook https://m.facebook.com/UPRFC1/
to spread awareness of Men’s Mental Health and to show are growing progress throughout.

Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health, and this Movember The UPRFC PLYMOUTH is as always showing its support for this cause.

Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence. Movember is aiming to reduce the rate of male suicide by 25% by 2030, and the UPRFC: PLYMOUTH want to help them get there. Help us stop men dying too young.
