So, I go to work today and all is well right up until one of the ladies at work asked me whether I have had my prostate examined. I had to be honest and say no. I was then asked why not etc. and I really could not answer. I was then reminded that I can hardly preach about mens health if I wasn't prepared to practice what I preach. I am now booked in with my doctor to have a finger up my bum next week. Happy days!

Now, this is probably going to be a bit uncomfortable, more mentally than physically, so if you would all like an in depth report next week then you need to donate to my MoSpace!!!
